The Berkeley Shambhala Center is meeting online for programs and in-person for some recurring practice sessions, and we also feature programs. Please always check our website for current information and offerings: berkeley.shambhala.org The Berkeley Shambhala Meditation Center is part of an international community of urban meditation and rural retreat centers founded by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Located at 2288 Fulton Street, Berkeley is one of the oldest Shambhala centers in the mandala. For over thirty years we have offered the ground of Shambhala Dharma to the Bay Area. Practice and study go hand in hand. We hope that our Center is useful in both deepening your practice and your understanding of the path.
