Nice square. Not rundown. Kept up and bustling. Lots of restaurants to choose from. But you might have to wait. It gets busy!

Celina is no longer the sleepy little country town. It is evident that they recognize the need to grow with the times but at the same time preserve what they have that is special. I'm sure it is hard to maintain profitable retail in such a small place but the food industry seems to have no problem. Multiple good restaurants. The green square is welcoming and can be a nice place to gather. Interesting veterans memorial.

Everything about Downtown is nothing less than charming. You really feel the love for the community here. Everyone you see, no matter time of day or time of year, all you see is happiness and smiles. Like living in a Norman Rockwell painting.

Very God atmosphere music playing in the center of town. Restaurant all s o available close by park and walk around . People very friendly.

Very different from historic downtown McKinney, or even historic Plano. Many empty storefronts and shops. However, you know that development and the tollway is heading this way, so someday Celina's downtown could equal McKinney's booming historic downtown.
