I have been in the real estate industry serving the greater Tulsa area since 1993. During that time I owned 1st Metropolitan Mortgage, Smart Solutions Real Estate Academy and for 16 years owned and operated Perez & Company Realty. Early on I learned that the biggest opportunity in the industry was training new and experienced sales associates. With that in mind, in 1999, I became an Oklahoma Real Estate Commission approved real estate instructor, teaching pre-licensing and continuing education. I have been a presenter for First Time Home Buyer seminars for Community Action Project, Housing Partners of Tulsa as well as the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League.
