From the start his attitude came across as rude and condescending, which made what should have been a relaxing visit uncomfortable. Simple question were met with dismissive rude snappy responses, and there was a noticeable lack of basic courtesy.Good service is a key part of the hospitality experience, and this interaction fell well short of expectations. I hope management address Leo behaviors, as he was also rude and snappy towards the front desk reception. This reflects poorly on the overall guest experience

MoreWhat kind of a hotel does not hold luggage, especially when it is a very popular overnight stay before a cruise out of port of Miami? We were startled when we walked in and they told us that they do not hold baggage! This hotel is just a few miles away from the port of Miami, it is unbelievable that they cannot hold luggage, we were forced to stay there and watch our bags from 8:30 AM until our room was ready at 4:00 PM. It's not a bad hotel, just don't plan on staying there if you are planning on arriving the day before a cruise.
