Charlotte pierced my daughter's ears today. Very pleasant experience. She was very sweet and helpful. My daughter left happy. I'm glad I found this place for ear piercings

Never visit this place. The lady that works here lacks customer service and is extremely rude! Will never spend my money here... I recommend just going to Sephora or ulta.
