Hybrid Athletics is a CrossFit Affiliate that has been serving the public for over 10 years. We place an emphasis on CrossFit Strongman since the owner, Rob Orlando, is the Head of CrossFit Strongman for CrossFit Headquarters. Our workouts are created by the owner and are different every day. Expect the workouts to be challenging, fun and creative every class you attend. The Hybrid community is strong, personable and extremely welcoming. Everyone and anyone not matter who you are is welcome. Our coaching staff is certified in a number of specialities and are highly capable of assisting each member to achieve greatness.
