Great location, roomy space, and overall great stay.
MoreFirst time at the Galt House. Several family members came and we had 5 rooms in all. Hotel was very beautiful, very clean and all the employees were nice and helpful. We had a view of the river and a lovely suite. We will definitely stay there during our next visit to Louisville.
MoreThe Galt House is a very nice hotel. The remodeling was done in excellence. I enjoyed the coffee shops and the retail stores. The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. You have to see the views from the 25th floor. The East garage is a little scary so I would recommend more lighting but other than that it was easy to navigate.
MoreSadly I didn't get to spend alot of time here. Drove in for a concert and left 1st thing the next day. It is a great place to stay for an event at the YuM center bc u can get there thru a walkway in 5min. There was a couple places walkable eat however after a concert most are closed. The hotel itself is very clean and updated. The little interaction with staff was pleasant.
MoreHad upgraded room. But the room's AC had mold or mildew in it that got worse each night until I got sick. Got moved to another room which was fine. Asked for someone to reach out or at least offer a credit but nothing. Pool is nice but needs something to break up the sound from the highway.
