Serayah was so helpful and friendly, he went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that my families stay was the best. Would absolutely recommend this hotel based off of service alone, however the place was also regularly cleaned and well maintained.

I stayed here for two nights for a wedding. The hotel is in a good location--about a 10-minute walk to the MARTA station (Arts Center). From ATL via the MARTA, it's probably a 20-30 minute straight shot ride. It's also very easy to get an Uber/Lyft/WayMo directly outside the hotel. We had a room with two queen beds, and it was a lot more spacious than a room with king bed and a pull-out couch. The breakfast buffet was decent; pretty much what I expected for $28 pp. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is that we wanted to try the rooftop restaurant/bar, but it was a lot harder to find than what I anticipated. It's on the sixth floor, not far from the gym, but there's zero signage directing you to it. I had to call the front desk and ask where it was because we couldn't find it after wandering around. It's also right by the outdoor pool. I can't remember what the restaurant is called, but it's a nice place to hang out. Some of the tables and chairs are a bit worn and run-down, but the food was pretty good.

Gabbi was amazing! Service was perfect. I definitely would come back.

Jordan our bartender is amazing. He took of all of us I a timely and hospitable fashion. It was a top notch experience with wonderful conversation, that was above an beyond. Chris, the F&B manager was so professional and attentive, answered all of our questions with grace. Thank you for a fantastic experience, Jordan and Chris.
