This company is a scam and the customer service is horrible. I spoke with a rep this past Friday and she said they can provide me the service on Monday 01/30/2023. I told her I wanted to move forward. I asked for a credit authorization form and contract but she could not provide it but kept asking for my company credit card!! Once I did not provide her she said she couldn't move forward and I would have to speak with someone on Monday regarding the service. I spoke with a lady by the name of Donna and she was very rude to me when I was asking simple questions and wanted to do business with her company!! Maybe I need to speak with the the owner because the customer service is horrendous and they provide misleading info!! (SCAM)
MoreI had the most seamless experience with Tim Stewart. He was prompt! Texted me as soon as I landed and was at my zone for pick up with no time in between! Water waiting. Clean, nice suburban made me feel comfortable after my long flight! Smooth and safe ride home!!! Highly recommend Tim at La Costa Limousine!!!
