This is the strangest place I think I have stayed in quite awhile. There is a water drainage system in the elevator, so the whole time it sounded like a water fall was in the elevator shaft. The place smells like a strange mix of cleaning liquids, I think because of all the pets. Our family is almost positive the place was formerly a retirement home as well, from the looks of the outside and inside. Front desk wouldn't even say hi, no help in any questions. Anytime we saw them, they seem inconvenienced we were in the same room. Bathroom was falling apart as well.

Excellent! Clean, comfortable, quiet. Lots of options for breakfast. My husband is diabetic so I always scour reviews in hopes of getting good information about what’s available for breakfast. This place has yogurt with various toppings, cereal, milk and almond milk, various fruits, bagels, toast, muffins, danishes, eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Fantastic food and several low carb options. They also have a fancy coffee machine that does various kinds of coffee (including iced) and hot chocolate.

I have stayed here many times, but no more! The front desk is always staffed by a girl whose English is very limited. She cannot answer any questions, because she is clueless. She just repeats whatever you say to her. I think she is the owner's daughter.Last night, I requested a late checkout and was told I could stay until 11:30 a.m. But this morning, at 11:10, I had housekeeping banging on my door! I explained that I had a late checkout and the do not disturb sign was on the door. The hateful woman said, That don't mean nothing. She then walked away. No apology whatsoever.After I left the motel, I called the motel to let management know what happened. The same girl working the desk answered the phone. I asked for a manager. She said, He's gone today. Right.This property is a good location for me, but staff has driven me away.

Staff were very nice, helpful. The rooms were well cleaned. It was during Soccer World Cup so I never got breakfast, too crowded.Good location. Good experience overall. Place needs a little refresh but no complaints.the elevator was a little dingy, hallways need more light, shampoo carpet.

We were traveling through Kansas City and booked in advance. Check in was quick and the staff is friendly. The property is clean and well maintained. The room was clean, quiet and well appointed. The area is safe with adequate parking. I would definitely stay here again.
