Worst place ever. Tv didnt hardly work. But the people are extremely rude. Manager is worst ever knocking on door at 5am saying I cursed out front desk person that has attitude also. Lol. Cursing never happened. I am filing all the complaints has high I can go. Manager does not need to be working there and not only myself but 2 others will be doing what we can for her no longer be there. Extremely rude. Non professional. She calls from her cell phone all hours of day. Then says I block her. Lol. Please do not waste your time staying there. Cars also get broken into
MoreAlways a pleasant stay. Lanetta and crew are very accommodating. The rooms are fine, with lots of plugs for electronics. Breakfast is tasty, and service is good. Ample parking. A good location for air travel. Lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a CVS next door. Recommended.
MoreDo NOT stay here. I arrived at 8:30pm and went back to my truck at 11:00 to find my passenger side window bashed in and things stolen out of it. The truck next to me also had it done to them too. When I told the front desk they said Yeah, that's why we tell you not to leave valuables in your vehicle. Then when the cop came, she walks in and says, I'm back and then proceeded to tell me this is a common occurrence at this location. I am not necessarily blaming the Comfort Suits but apparently it is KNOWN that this is a common occurrence at this location. The cop also said it will happen in broad daylight there as well. Then I got off the elevator and the hallway reeks of pot.Oh yeah .... used soap bar was left in the shower. Hair (not mine) on the bed. I take it back ... I do blame them.
MoreThis hotel location is an easy, convenient location. The staff is very happy and eager. Immediately upon entering the doors, we were greeted with a big smile. We felt very welcomed, safe, and accommodated. The room was large and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
MoreThis hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are ALL friendly. I will being using this Contort location again. It's much better than their sister Comfort on Beltway 8 North at the Houston Bush Airport. If there was a downside, it would be that breakfast was a bit skimpy and thus a disappointment. But that was a small thing.
