My husband and I stayed at Tru while attending a music festival down the street. The rooms are very basic, but for something like the event we were attending, we weren’t at the hotel much. When we were there, the staff was PHENOMENAL! Rarely do you find hospitality employees who really seem to like their jobs, and everyone ww interacted with during our stay was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, including an oven that makes pancakes as needed! Highly recommend!

Check in was a breeze. Hotel is super clean. Nice lobby area that has quiet time at 10 p.m. which is nice. It was very quiet in the hotel even though it was full. Breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but what was there was very good. The rooms are very small if you are staying multiple nights, but beds were very comfortable. Shuttle to and from Expo center was a great bonus since we had a 4 day basketball tournament there. I have to give a shoutout to Cody at the front desk, he went above and beyond to accommodate us when I found we needed to stay another night. That was so very much appreciated, he is a very good employee.

Dishonest motel. If you note when going to their site they price match! NOT TRUE!!!!! They were much higher than other sites and didn't even know about price match either at reservations or front desk. Don't waste your time.

Check in at 8 at night was smooth and fast. Daughter and grandson 's airport shuttle and grab and go bags were all set for 5 am. Room was ample with fridge and LARGE TV. Only problem were the instructions for using the TV. 3 pillows per queen beds. Mattress and pillows were perfect AC/Heater control on wall was so easy to use. Wall plugs were every where, I can't tell you about phone chargers as I used my own double. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion were pump style. Shower Only, but big enough for two. ONLY COMPLAINT Glasses were hidden on the shelf with the towels and there was no ice bucket. Get ice in lobby before you go to your room. And get your coffee or tea in lobby no maker in room. Otherwise room and serve and personal were tops Lobby was excellent. Even had a pillows table. If we had checked in earlier we would definitely made use of it.

The entire staff has shown themselves as professional & accommodating. We especially thank Mark (general manger), for his leadership skills in resolving multiple scheduling demands during our extended stays. We typically fly one-way so our schedules remain fluid.We thank Stephanie ( manager), for her unrelenting resolve in accommodating Anne's numerous requests.We thank Alex, for his courteous, attentive demeanor in addressing our nightly needs. The cleaning staff at this facility is amazing as well. Thanks to Veronica for her eye for detail.Shutt.e services & close proximity to the airport are essentials for us.
