Beware!!! Thieves target this establishment's parking lot; the police have stated that a big reason for all of the thefts at this establishment is because they have NO security cameras. Today, when we parked our LOCKED vehicle, we had all of our belongings tucked away in a hidden compartment out of sight. We came out to find my Grandson's Nintendo Switch gone, purse rummaged through and hundreds of dollars' worth of gift cards stolen. It's hard to believe that a business of this size doesn't have security cameras in their parking lots, not only to protect their customers but also their employees who come and go at all hours of the day and night. Also, when we were there last week, there were groups of kids starting fights and terrorizing other kids that were jumping. There were no employees in sight and many adult customers had to intervene. This place is a mess and doesn't deserve anyone's business.

Have more staff members watch the jump zone area. I bought my kids the all day flight pass. As the day went on and it became night the workers slowly became more scarce. Kids were then running around cussing at each other and jumping after their wrist band color were called. This is due to not having enough staff members to enforce them to follow the rules. The trash cans and floors became overflowed with trash. The floor slowly became filled with the little white backing they peel off the flight pass bracelets. All in all it was an absolute pig sty. The few workers that were left only started cleaning a few mins before they announced the place was closing at 10pm. I told my kids it’s sad because when this establishment first opened it was a really clean and great place for family fun. Needless to say we won’t be back for quite some time to give it one more chance. Hopefully by then things will change and it will be back to the way it used to be.

This was terrible first of all the front desk workers were not doing well at all they were talking and not paying attention to there customers.Second of all they had people walking around telling little kids rules that made no since like no going to play with there frinds the foam pit when there was only 1. They cut your time short we payed for 2 hours and only got 1:45 minutes I don’t want to sound like a Karen but it was crowded and packed and teenagers were stomping all over little kids.Greatplace to go to if you want a broken bone.

$76 for 3 kids yesterday for 1 Hour. Fast Lanes and Climb Bentonville has better deals with an all day pass.

Everything here is fun except that you have to wear a mask while you’re working out. How ridiculous and stupid. If people are afraid to be around other people who are breathing they shouldn’t go to a place where people are breathing hard. Businesses have a CHOICE whether they require a mask or not. The CDC doesn’t make laws.
