This place was very helpful with what I needed. The team member Max was able to get me taken care of and made the process simple. Will be coming here again whenever I need assistance.

We arrived well before closing and waited for over 30 minutes, expecting to be helped. Instead, the staff let us wait until closing time and then refused to assist us. It was extremely frustrating...

They don't honor their contract. In addition to that they have closed all of their local stores making it impossible to have any real customer service.

Great customer service! Super helpful and nice. I kept my original phone and helped port my number from my Verizon plan. I highly recommend this location for TMO users!
