Online spa booking is dangerous. BE AWARE when booking. I was booking a facial appointment for 4/21/2023 (today is 3/29/23) after entering my cc number I thought there would be a review page before accepting. It was booked immediately and I did not see the appointment date was for tomorrow 3/30/2023 which is a mistake. I called the spa immediately but it’s closed on Wednesday. There is no one to talk to. Online it says they require 24 hours prior to appointment to cancel otherwise you will be charged and the website does not allow you to cancel your appointment which I think is awful. You must call to cancel. This was a mistake and I noticed it immediately but had no way to remedy immediately. I called the hotel operator to speak to the front desk manager, but the hotel operator blocked me, and would not put me thru to speak to the front desk manager. So it was suggested I call back tomorrow at 9am and speak to the Spa. This was an honest mistake and they should correct their spa website to offer a review page before accepting the booking so you can review everything. And there should be a grace period of at least an hour so one can correct it. I’m writing this so other people do not have this problem. I will circle back here if they correct it properly.

I came here to use the fitness center five times during my stay. It's a good exercise space, connected to the pool area, which is beautiful. The spa facilities are very pretty and comfortable.

I wish I could review the different services independently, because our massage therapists, Janice and Rebecca, would be getting 5/5!!! They were absolutely wonderful. Kind, informative, and engaged in our experience. The massages were EXACTLY what we wanted and needed. Ladies, thank you SO MUCH!! Outstanding service. The locker room attendant (I did not catch her name) was also extremely kind and helpful. I didn't have to go looking for her if I needed something, and she was always happy to help, and quickly!The reason the facility as a whole gets 3/5 for me is because of the facility itself, not the staff ( everyone was amazing). There were no hooks in any place that made sense for robes. You literally had to be completely naked prior to stepping into the shower, which I am NOT comfortable with. No hooks in the treatment rooms, either, so we just had ball them up on the counter. I was also disappointed that there wasn't better volume control when it came to the other patrons. No reminders placed throughout about keeping volumes low, which made the atmosphere feel more like a clubhouse than a relaxing spa.The lockers were great in the women's locker room, not piled on top of one another and well spaced. I also very much enjoyed the sauna and steam room.If I ever go back, it will be because of the great staff. Thanks for the experience!!!

The spa experience was amazing. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The facility was beautiful. I had a 50 minute hot stone massage that was magical. The sanctuary was extremely relaxing and I would go back in a heartbeat.

This is where I came to exercise and the gym is a part of the spa area. It is truly beautiful and there are lots of attentive staff around.
