Guyanese Masterful Cuisines. Bake on the Run is the only Guyanese eatery on the entire West Coast from Chile to Alaska. We are made up of Indian, African, Chinese, Portuguese, and Amerindian (9 tribes within the borders of Guyana). This is Mom and son run kitchen and business. We strive to expose our culture by opening up our kitchen, hearts, and souls to you. Everything you're tasting is the way we make it at home. It's honed over 40 years to be specific to the exact way I like it as my mom has catered all the dishes to me, her son. This was an overnight process. We're talking decades of asking for a little more tomato, a little less salt, a little sweeter Bake, a little less spicy curry, a little grittier soup, a little more flavor for the noodles have yieled the most flavorful and well, most perfected versions of any of our offerings. We make small batches to preserve quality that deliver huge flavor. Everything you're tasting is the same way we make it at home. Deliciousness is subjective, but I can objectively assure you that you will be hard pressed to find more delicious yellowsplitpea soup or dahl (aka daal), indigenous fried bread of any sort (Bake), any variation of our curries, or noodles. We are honored to have you sit down in our global dining room or take it your spot as we serve you with our heart, soul, mind, and just a touch of magic.

MoreTried the Dahl over rice and an order of the bombs. Both were excellent and we'll be back. If you decide to go, go early because sometimes they sell out by 6:00 p.m.!
