I used this company for years and loved them . Last year I started having trouble so went to another service. Went back to B&S in December. Booked a round trip ride from the airport . Got there and no one was there . Called the company and phone was not in service. Something very wrong there !

Horrible. I simply needed a sedan only ride to the airport and back. I reserved online, put down my credit card and never received a confirmation. I messaged them multiple times and never received a single response. I don't like leaving negative reviews as anyone can have a bad day at work but I messaged them over multiple days with still no response. Horrible customer service.
