Absolutely AMAZING from start to finish! ‍️ This was hands down the best facial experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. The attention to detail, professionalism, and care were truly unmatched. Every step of the treatment was incredible, and my skin felt rejuvenated, glowing, and absolutely radiant afterward! The entire experience was pure luxury and relaxation. You can tell there is a genuine passion for skincare and making clients feel their absolute best. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next appointment!Thank you again to Justine, Megan, and Michelle for making my birthday so special!

We held a community event at their beautiful outdoor pool area. The team prepared the area for the comfort of our honored guests with great care. The spa team members were so friendly and hospitable. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and venue. Thank you!

This one is for the outdoor pool!! My husband, 5 year old, and 3 month old recently spent a day at the outdoor pool at the founders inn. The pool is located right next to the spa wing of the inn. It’s beautiful, right on the lake, with a lot of natural shady areas and tons of lounge chairs. We can’t forget the water slide! My daughter could have spent endless hours going down that slide over and over! So fun! As locals we love that they have the option to get a day pass for the pool. The spa/pool manager Mechelle was so kind & welcoming, and very helpful with all of the questions I had about setting up our family pool day. The pool attendants were amazing as well! They really helped make our day relaxing. Another thing I loved is that you could order food & drinks at the pool from the restaurant in the inn, and they brought it right to your pool chair! The pool felt very safe for my 5 year old. I loved the slow progression from the shallow end to the deep end & that they had lifeguards. No big drop offs and almost set up like you are walking into the ocean in the way it gradually gets deeper. Day well spent and can’t wait to come back!

This was my first time coming and it was a gift. I loved how the Founders Inn is a part of Hilton and I am a Hilton Honors member! From walking in it is welcoming and relaxing, you are greeted every step of the way. Walking in everything is elegantly put together with different showcases, like hair thinning solutions, perfumes, lotions, and they have an example of the robe and slippers that will be provided to you during your visit. I was scheduled for a deep tissue massage, so being escorted to the locker room I was provided a locker with my robe and slippers and then shown the “waiting area”. I could honestly have sat in that waiting area for hours on how peaceful it is! But the best part was my massage!! I did not catch her name but she was really sweet and comforting and their massages are so comfortable to just doze off into a nap. After my massage I was welcomed with a complimentary drink ( I chose champagne ) which I thought was a very nice touch. I definitely will be returning to try other amenities because they all give off positive energy and relaxation! Thank you ladies for a great first time experience and gaining a return customer!!

I visited the spa on June 9, 2026. I wanted to give my friend a special treat for her 50th birthday, so I had booked a half day spa treatment for both of us on May 29, 2026, I went in person to book it because it was hard to do online for 2 people and did not want to mess it up, the girl who booked it said she booked it on 5/29/26 but when they called to confirm our appointment they said we were booked on 5/22/26 not 5/29/26. I explained that was not possible because my friend was out of town and we had booked it in person for 5/29/26. Cat (the person confirming our appointment) tried to rebook us but could not do it for the half day spa. I had to rebook us but could only get June 9, for facial & massage not the half day spa. I was very disappointed because I was only able to book the facial and massage and not the mani/ pedi that came with the half day spa. I had Shamia as my massage therapist and Debbie-Ann for my facial both women were excellent and would request them again. My friend Jennifer had Evie for her massage therapist and Ashley for her facial she said they both did a good job. I feel like the communication between the front desk, massage, and facial therapist need to be better, after each service they put you in a room to relax but don’t tell you who the next person will be to come get you and we saw another client who missed having her facial because she thought she was done. I was also disappointed because I chose this spa because it was in the Founders Inn hotel which is part of the Hilton group (I am. Hilton honors member) the special day I wanted for my friend was not what I had originally planned.
