Very nice, clean atmosphere A nice place to walk and enjoy the beach

If you’re visiting Oceanside, The Strand is a great place to go for a walk…for a run…or a bike ride along the beach. You’ll find lots of people, and pets, hanging out and enjoying the ocean, beach & beautiful weather. Either so much movement, make sure to watch for others … especially if you are walking. Chances are you’ll find surfers every time you visit—we even wandered upon a surf competition near the pier.

A great week in a first class location with onsite mangement. Very relaxing and entertaining. Lookingbforward to anther visit next year.

This is a nice expanse of oceanside walkway that always is a major draw for us each time we visit Oceanside. Lots of parks, beach-side activities, and opportunities to view the ocean as it hurls itself against the rocks. We always look forward to any and all opportunities to visit here and walk this delightful stretch of Oceanside.

The Oceanside Strand has been getting very dangerous with homeless and drug deals on the strand , especially Tyson Street Childrens Park and Seagaze park. The police won’t flush them out! We have called in drug deals and they just let them go.
