Andrew and Collin are AWESOME!!! Andrew was very polite!and extremely patient. My six yr old son was being VERY BUSY! Lol Andrew took great photos. Collin was the helicopter operator! Very knowledgeable abt the attractions we flew above. Very kind and nice. Can’t say enough abt this place and these two fellas! For the location at 5701 W. Irlo Bronson Mem. Hwy.Let me be up front, we live minutes from International Heli-Tours and at least two other helicopter tour companies in the area. They've always treated their customers with respect, express service and the experience of a lifetime if you've never ridden in a helicopter before.That said, these companies are a serious problem for local residents as far as noise. We have personally spoken to all the area owners and they've agreed to avoid flying directly over what is one of the last remaining residential developments in the area. All except for International Heli-Tours, who first denied they were flying directly over our house until we showed them pictures and then agreed they would avoid our neighborhood. This review is written because that has not been done. They continue to fly directly over residents and the noise can shake living room windows and wake children from naps.In Kissimmee and Orlando, you have your choice of entertainment venues. We would ask locally that you choose an owner and business who works and lives harmoniously with the residents around him. This isn't the place.

Awesome as usual. They go above & beyond and couldn't been any friendlier or helpful even if they tried. The employee/pilot that was working the office (at the south location off of Hwy 192) was terrific & super friendly with myself & daughter. I apologize that I can't remember his name (from NC). And the other pilot (Logan) that flew us that day was amazing. These guys are & always offer elite, professional service. I already knew what tour/route we were going to go on but had I not, the pilot working the office did start to explain in detail the pricing structure (which by the way is posted on a huge sign on the wall w/ a description of each tour so there is no confusion). From the time I walked in & paid & waited for the helicopter to arrive was approximately 10 minutes.I was also excited as we got to fly in a Robinson R66 which is a better/higher performance model then the R44 (to the customer it wont matter if it's a R44 or R66 - they wouldn't even know the difference but for me it was an extra thing to be excited over).Make sure to tip these pilots. They had to pay a ton of money for all the training they received & all tips are appreciated. I think the average user of their service probably doesn't know to but it's the same as tipping in a restaurant; there is no law that you have to but it's the right thing to do considering you are flying in a million dollar vehicle with someone who had to perform (and still does) to very high standards to get licensed. There is no ride at any theme park/water park that even remotely offers this type of experience so I always make sure to let the pilot know that his service/demeanor/professionalism/knowledge of flying & safety is appreciated.Overall I rate this company A+++

Great experience and very professional team! The pilot was very friendly to my children making them feel comfortable and excited to fly for the first time. We will be back next year.
