We have a sign here that the FillinCarriers dont care about, they throw our mail over this gate or leave it on the steps outside

In the lower left corner that's the entire building's mail left there outside & not put in the mailbox, and theres a sign too!

This is where are mail box is yet the people who fill in for our normal carrier/ delivery person never puts our mail in our box!
