We had come particularly to see the '50 Faces' exhibit and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful mosaics which brought the subjects (icons of our time) very much to life. Various artists were on site in their studios and we enjoyed walking through the building and stopping to talk to them and see their work. A lovely outing.

If you are an Art supporter this is the place to go. Not only is the Museum fabulous, but the 50 or so artist studios are usually open to see artists at work. Right next door is a great restaurant as well.

Wonderful art museum that is easy to visit and take in. I recently saw the work of a local, young artist. Parking is easy. Located right off 101.

I was in the area and decided to check out the main gallery. It’s always interesting to check the artist studios. They are welcoming and ready to discuss their current work.

I took my grand-daughter, aged 10, on a Sunday afternoon to see the gallery and peek into artist's studios. She is a budding painter, herself, and I thought it would be great for her to see the actual working spaces of a variety of artists and styles of art. She found favorites and picked up some postcards as well as a french notebook in the book store. It was a perfect outing for us.
