Big shout out to Ainsley!We were in Chattanooga with a possibility of staying overnight and not going back to Atlanta the same day.. The front desk called upon Ainsley to show us around. She could not have been more authentic, enthusiastic and cordial while showing us all the wow factors of the property. The chalet is lucky to have her and we were as well!David & Rosie

Walking into this beautiful hotel is like stepping back in time! No blacks and Grays and whites. Totally retro colors, beautiful art deco decor, custom wallpaper, Fabrics and beautiful retro furniture! Everything seems like it was in 1909. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We were treated like friends and we cannot wait to go back and this time we're going to stay in a train car!

Me and my partner stay at the chalet often we only live an hour away, but we love the whole experience the staff our great venue is and Diane is great and always make sure we are well taken care of. It’s a bonus that she’s British just like me we’ll be back.

Such a quaint, relaxing experience.The staff, especially Rose, were exceptional. Rose went WAY beyond her duties to make us feel very special and welcome. There's loads to do in the area and plenty of eateries within walking distance.
