MoreArrived at dark and parking lot empty, as I circle to front of building I see construction plastic tarps over part of the hotel, as I’m getting myself ready to enter the hotel, an unhoused woman walks out of the hotel and says, “hey daddy.” I ignore her she walks off. I go into the hotel everything is under construction, and I’m informed there will be power outages during my stay and construction noise will be ongoing. None of this was disclosed on the 3rd party booking site. Massive construction project, pool drained, etc. I left and booked a room elsewhere.DO NOT STAY HERE.
MoreThis place should not be operating. AC quite in the middle of the night and there was no one to fix it. The room temperature was almost 80. The other room had a leaking plumbing and toilet was not functioning properly.
MoreThis hotel shows up on the Hyatt App, you get there and they tell you we are GOING to be a Hyatt but not yet. So guess what... you don't get any points and you don't get any of the benefits of being a loyal hyatt member.
MoreIf the hotel can not guarantee that it has completed the remodel and you are staying in the main hotel. Legit don’t waste your money and stay in the street.
