Always helpful and pleasant Newark PO is my go to, because that's where I go! Obviously, as I live here...

Not the best customer service. Came to pick up mail that was sent here from my apartments. Already inconvenienced with that. There's 6 people in line in front of me. Trang is the one helping me...

You fall in line and wait for a long time just to have a clerk with an attitude tell you they don't have a pre-paid stamp available and tell you to go to another location.

I usually come to this post office if I'm in the area. Service is efficient and fast. The staff has been really helpful on my visits. This office isn't as busy as other post offices I visited

Came to drop for a return and was told I couldn't print out a return label here. How does a post office not have a printer?? This is obviously such BS lmao
