Stayed with my brother for 2 weeks to visit my nieces and entire staff was very welcoming and service was excellent. Fast response times with anything we needed in our room. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Right away it feels like home sweet home particularly due to the Filipino people from the Manager to the Front desk down to the Room Maintenance personnel who are very kind and hospitable. Room is spacious and clean and has a full kitchen w/c I like most since I can cook anything and anytime I like. The hotel location is also accessible to stores and malls and even the 680 and 880 freeways. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling anywhere in Santa Clara County particularly in Milpitas, San Jose and Fremont Area.

The suiets are comfortable and the ESA site is in a nice location. We were booked for a 2019 Holiday Season work project. We decided to extend our stay at Extended Stay America in Milpitas because this is our home town and felt comfortable at this location. It is close to all Milpitas amenities. The staff is extremely helpful and the accommodations are above par compared to other establishments in the area. The Suites are well lite, with plenty of room for relaxing. Off street parking, close to shopping and dining. A business trip became a family adventure. We highly recommend ESA for your visits to the Silicon Valley.

Enjoyed the management from the beginning. Very kind and hospitable. Even called to see how I liked the room after I checked in. Extremely clean room when I entered. All amenities as prior discussed during my check in. Explained in detail during my check in the details because of our CV. I was recommended to this hotel from a friend. I will thank him for it.
