I just read a one-star review of the Darien PO, which specifically, and nastily, referenced one long-term, helpful employee (calling her very rude and arrogant towards (sic) customers)....

Lose packages, don't respond to missing mail inquiries, send delivery notices a week after delivery was made.

I went there today to mail a package and there a lady working there, her name is Sally, she was very rude and arrogant towards customers. She refused to help anyone and would answer questions in...

Noah is extremely rude, is not helpful and lacks passion for customer support. This was the most dissatisfying experience of the year.

Pretty sure a F.O.S (Friend of Sally) wrote this review...rude is rude and that was Jennifer's experience, not yours G.G (Great Grandma)
