The Beach Boys sounded great and I was in heaven with the music, but the venue itself sucks! This was my first visit to the pavillion. To be honest from a safety aspect (being an ex-cop) the seats are dangerously close row to row. When you stood up, you had the back of you knees against the seat and you had to use the seat in front of you to stand. If there was ever a panic, it would be a disaster. Many would be hurt. There is no reserved seating and all the seats are hooked together with no space at all in between. The gate opened an hour & a half before the concert in an open air dust storm and we were lucky not to get rained on. Bring a clear poncho if it looks like rain. The seating faced Northeast right into any storm or wind coming. If you are unfortunate enough to have a person sit next to you that's a bit big, you are just out of luck andf very uncomfortable. I would think carefully before choosing this as a place to enjoy a concert. If this was a city instead of a Indian Reservation, I would have written them up.

This is the outdoor entertainment/concert venue on Cliff Castle Casino.If you ever wondered how they get sardines into a tight space come to this facility. Chairs on the grassy area (premium seating) are crammed so close together you can't shift your body. Never might if you have a larger person sitting next to you. All the chairs are locked together and cannot be moved. Watching a concert in this kind of seating arrangement makes takes away from the quality of the show. The Pavilion also does NOT offer reserved assigned seats. On the night we went we stood in line in the heat, 98 degrees for 30 minutes before the gates open to select a good seat. Then we sat for another 90 minutes holding your seat before the concert started. The pavilion is outside with no roof and a rain or shine -no refunds policy. The day we went it was heavy overcast and we received a few rain sprinkles. No umbrellas allowed.The only good thing I can say about this facility was the sound system. For those who choose to valet park their car they had another surprise. Over an hour wait for some to get their car. Skip this facility no matter how good the performing group it. It was the most miserable concrete experience we have had.
