Wafels & Dinges is a small company that has food trucks throughout the city plying wonderful waffles all topped with delectable dinges, or toppings. This food stand is located right in front of Central Park at Grand Central Plaza. They usually have a large selection of waffles to create and you are sure to find one that is either sweet or savory. Sometimes the combos might be a little daunting, like the Sprussels from Brussels, which is a waffle served with Brussel Sprouts covered in Vermont Maple Syrup and Bacon, but if veggies need not apply, you are sure to find all the classic toppings for whatever suits your palate.
