Very disappointed! They arrived 45 minutes late! They told us 6:30, they arrived at 7:15 then told us they don’t leave until 8:00!! Do not recommend!

We booked and paid for our shuttle to the cruise port in Sept 2024, on the date of pickup we received text saying we would be picked up between 10:30-11:15. Waited and waited , I text them And called no response, finally had to book a very expensive taxi to the port. Since being home I’ve emailed and called was told someone would get back to me ?? Hmm it’s February and nobody’s called. Extremely disappointed how this has been handled please don’t use this company they are very unprofessional,,

My family had to wait almost 2 hours in the hot Florida sun. Then an old looking beat up vehicle comes and we were horrivied

I planned a family cruise leaving out of Port Canaveral. My daughter, her husband and 2 children (3 yrs and 6 yrs) arrived in Orlando 2 days before the rest of the family to see Disney before the cruise. They had 2 car seats with them. When we all arrived at the Orlando airport 2 days later, 8 of us, Frank was there to meet us having kept me updated with phone calls. When we got to the cruise port Frank kept the 2 car seats so my daughter and her husband did not need to store them in there room on the ship. How nice is that? Frank showed us where he would pick us up at the cruise port. We had early flights and when we returned in 7 days Frank was there and again kept me updated with phone calls. I highly recommend them.

I was amazed at how quickly they processed so many people. Controlled and tight security. I forgot a pocket knife which was confiscated, bagged and a receipt given. I got it back after the cruise without fuss. Everyone was polite, professional and always had a smile.
