I wish I could write an actual review of this business, but since I did not get to attend my appointment (which was scheduled for my anniversary) due to a family emergency, I am instead writing this review regarding extremely poor customer service. I called to cancel my appointment with more than 24 hours notice due to said family emergency. My card was still tapped for payment many, many time despite supposedly canceling appointment. Then 10 days it was charged again despite having canceled the appointment. It's not bad enough that I just spent my entire savings on said family emergency. Now this business has taken my money, even though I canceled my appointment. I would not trust their shady business practice.

Love this place! After a long week this was the perfect setting to exhale and relax. The garden, tea and hot tub combo were perfect. The staff is very friendly and everything was clean and serene! Definitely coming back.

Beautiful escape! Absolutely loved our time at the TeaHouse Spa. From the very first steps into the building, to steps into the hot tub, sauna and then down to massage room, we were transported to relaxation and restoration. We were in paradise with the view of the hot tub. The staff were attentive and professional. This is a unique place and we can’t wait to go again!

Relaxation starts at the gate. Incredible gardens and tranquil water feature lead you to the front door. The Teahouse Spa is under new ownership and it shows. The staff are attentive and friendly. You can tell they love working there. We had a sauna and massage. The bamboo garden is beautifully serene. Our hot tub looked out at the beauty of it. Drinks were made fresh. Our massage was just the right amount of deep tissue work. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Can’t wait to go again!

I’m reading the most recent reviews and It’s hard to believe we are talking about the same place. Granted, the last time I was at Tea House it was late 2018 so who knows. My husband and I had great a great Masseuse. I wish I could be specific with names, but I didn’t get a chance to peak at their website before writing this review. All I can say is get there early enjoy like 45 in your own jacuzzi room. Or try to do 30 before and 30 after so your fully enjoying the moment. If you’re not early enough to make the full jacuzzi session before you experience will be lacking. I’ll repost a review soon. My hubbie and I will be in Santa Cruz sometime later this month and Tea House will be our itinerary for sure! I’m just glad to see june 2020 reviews. That means they are open.
