We have rental options for all types of budgets and welcome people of all backgrounds. We have discounts for last minute rentals. And yes, we do allow outside vendors. We get asked about outside catering a lot and BLVD has always permitted outside catering. (We are not sure why a couple of our online reviews impolitely state that we require in-house catering, because we do not and have never had that as a policy. As such please keep in mind that certain reviews about food or services "may", in fact, be commenting on the customer's choice of vendors and caterers. This hurts our reputation, so please keep that in mind.) No venue can get it perfect, but we do put in the effort to make everything great. We work hard on customer service and client care is important to us. Cleanliness and versatility is also a big plus with BLVD. We invest more than the average venue in taking care of our facility and the size and our various rental options makes us extremely accommodating in all types of events.
