Great tubing experience with New Braunfels Toobs. Other places I've used make you walk a half mile down to the river and then you have to wait to get picked up. This place drops you off right near the river and was waiting for us to bring us back. There's free parking right near their office too so that saves ~$20/car. I used a groupon for this tubing trip. I only wish they included the weekend river maintenance fee ($2) in the groupon price. It felt a little scamy to have paid for everything ahead of time and then be told you need to pay more at the door. They were very accommodating for our large group. A little slow to check everyone in but we did have a lot of people.

We were tubing as a family and having tons of fun until my niece’s boyfriend’s glasses were abruptly stolen by the river. We will not tube again as we are devastated because he is legally blind and death. We are unable to communicate him since is glasses are gone forever!

We decided to take the family tubing for the first time. Youngest just turned 7 so why not. NB Tubes was a positive experience. Easy to find, personable and helpful staff. We will use them again when we come back next summer.

We had a great day with NB Toobs. Parking was great. Check in went smoothly. Then we boarded the shuttle, walked down to the river, floated leisurely for 2 1/2 hours, got out and hiked up the stairs, and caught the shuttle back to NB Toobs. Scooter was great! We used a Groupon and it was fabulous! Highly recommended. Wear water shoes as it’s slippery getting in and out of the river.

Great and organized company with great staff. There was no hassle no waiting and no problems whatsoever! Fantastic company with competitive rates and coupons available. We will be using them again!
