MoreWhen we arrived at the hotel, it was not bad. As soon as we walked in to the room, everything changed...The room is not cleaned at all., Towels everywhere in the kitchen area and the bathroom. even trashcan is full of stuff. it looks like the previous guest was sick because there are some medicine in the bin... Disgusting quality. So I went down to the reception and asked the cleaning, but it was late afternoon and we need to rest. Only available room was one King size tiny room...I had to accept the only available room for 4 people. 2 adult and 2 kids....we had to deal with the small room for the night. worst experience ever. I am Diamond Elite member, so I was supposed to get upgraded room if possible not the opposite direction. Not acceptable... I will never book this hotel and tell people. I took the photo of the room and showed it to the staff within 5 mins after I checked in. So you can validate the fact with the staff.
