Wow, what a nice hotel. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Facility was very clean, and breakfast was very good. Based on this experience, I will be booking hyatt place on all my trips.

Hyatt Place is a great place to stay! The hotel is pet-friendly, including cats, which is a huge plus! The rooms are wonderful, the complimentary breakfast is really nice, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.I also appreciate that if you forget an essential item, like toothpaste, you can get it for free at the front desk!I had a wonderful experience and my cat and I will definitely stay here again!

I received two bottles of water upon check-in and was welcomed and recognized as a Globalist by Froilan from the front desk, which is my correct status rather than Explorist (as indicated in the Hyatt survey). The room was clean and well maintained, as expected. I did ask about the possibility of a room or suite upgrade at check-in, but unfortunately, they said that they put me in a higher floor which just means no upgrade for you LOL. However, having stayed at Hyatt Place Pasadena several times every year and not yet having had the opportunity to receive an upgrade, I am not sure when I'll be able to enjoy that benefit or if I will continue to stay at this location.I was able to take advantage of the late checkout benefit though, which I greatly appreciated. It gave my family some extra time to sleep in, relax, and enjoy a less rushed departure.

The staff at the check-in counter was so friendly that I could enjoy my stay there through the end. When it comes to staff friendliness, very impressive! Thank you for all the staff there.

Clean, quiet, spacious, welcoming, and great location in Old Pasadena. I frequent the area and was pleasantly surprised with upkeep and newer feel of room. Staff was friendly. Mattress very comfy and the A/C is modern update that worked perfectly! Love that breakfast is still included and it was a really nice buffet- fresh with nice presentation. I will stay again.
