My name's Claire Semelka, and I'm a certified health and wellness coach. I help people create healthy habits in any area of their lives, whether they're focused on stress reduction, career goals, weight loss, sleep, nutrition, exercise, pain management, healthy relationships, spirituality- you name it. I am fortunate to be highly trained and certified through Duke Integrative Medicine's world-class health-coaching program. I've had the opportunity to support students, professionals and entrepreneurs to make powerful lifestyle changes in their health and careers. What sets me apart is that I take a whole person approach to health, and offer mindfulness techniques for increased self-awareness. The coaching process created by behavior change experts from Duke, in addition to my BA in strategic communications from Elon University, support me to communicate effectively with clients to drive positive impact.
