There are very few places in the city of San Jose that serve authentic sushi in an authentic environment, Sushi Maru is one such place. They have a robust selection of sushi on their menu in addition the place serves a delectable Mix Sashimi Bento, Mando Roll, Katsu Curry and more. The place has a lovely decor and it is surrounded by Japanese paraphernalia which adds to its charm. Their service is spot on, whether a busy evening or a slow afternoon; Sushi Maru ensures you're treated with the utmost attention. Albeit a bit expensive, the place is worth all the money spent.
