Staff is obviously not seasoned. This woman is dishonest when it comes to paying vendors and employees. They do not take covid precautions either. Don't be fooled by the appearances. She has also made comments about African American people. Terrible!!!!

Very nice facial! The atmosphere is clean and professional. I was greeted and taken to a lovely waiting room. My facial was very good and look forward to the next visit. The atmosphere was relaxing. A very nice place where you can get away for a bit and pamper yourself. On top of the lovely facial and atmosphere, there was no hard sell of any product at the end. I greatly appreciated this. I went to Renata Well Spa for a much needed massage. I was so grateful the service staff worked with me to find a do-able appointment. Upon arrival, I was well taken care of with an excellent massage, and an added infrared dry sauna session (LOVED IT!) ... Of course, a nice cool water was given but so was an unexpected, refreshing bowl of fresh, ripe strawberries! Can't wait to go back!!!

I went to this spa for a 30 minute infrared sauna and massage. It really is NOT a typical spa where people are getting nail and hair services. This is an oasis for relaxation. You are greeted at the door and taken to the serenity lounge that overlooks a peaceful lake to have a pre-relaxation glass of wine. Next came the 30 minute infrared sauna. I really don't like saunas as they feel suffocating to me. This was totally different. When you enter the sauna it starts to heat up. No furnace blast of heat when you open the door. After my 30 minutes I was totally relaxed and ready for the massage. It was the best massage of my life! You get your choice of essential oil for the diffuser and also your choice of lighting. I felt like a new person when it was over. The entire place is absolutely spotless and the staff very professional and accommodating. I would totally recommend this spa if you are in town. It's in the medical arts building in the area on the right, near St. Marys Seafood. Treat yourself this place is so worth it!
