tripadvisorEastridge continues to feel like a familiar neighborhood spot where movies, small cultural events, and casual food options all blend into one easy routine. It’s not trying to be a luxury destination, but it offers enough variety to keep a visit comfortable — from catching a film to grabbing a quick meal or walking through seasonal celebrations. The atmosphere stays relaxed, the layout is simple to navigate, and the mix of entertainment and community‑driven activities gives it a steady, approachable charm.
MoreWorst Customer Service by this lady working in Macys Men's Cologne section @ Eastridge Mall! I came in asking specifically for something I wanted to purchase and she comes out with all these bottles and gets offended because I tell her I don't like anything she's showing me. Then she goes on questioning me if I don't trust her 20 years of experience in the field. Quite honestly I don't give a damn if you own the company, you don't push people to buy something they don't want and you don't question their preference. This lady is the reason why Sales would go down, she might bring in some good numbers but she's definitely not someone I would like to buy something from. As I explained what I wanted, she rolled her eyes and walked away to help someone else. Very unprofessional but she did me a favor!! I left without purchasing what I wanted. Oakridge Macys or Valley Fair Macys will get my business moving forward. I'd rather drive a few more miles and purchase something I want than be treated like scum from this immature lady.
MoreWe want to buy from Macy showroom, so we went to Eastridge Shopping Center. The Mall has quite large no. of small and big brand showrooms and multiple food points. The two story Mall was decorated with a big Christmas tree and was having good foot fall. We have a good time here.
MoreSince the remodel many years ago, Eastridge has become a relaxing place to shop and dine. They have a decent variety of stores, Many dining options. Entertainment for the family with a bowling alley and a movie theatre.
MoreWe had a super fun time at Eastridge Shopping Center. We were doing Christmas holiday shopping. We saw Santa and the nice decorations. We went to the movies and played in the arcades at Round 1. I got a chair massage. We also were delighted to listen to a local children's school choir as they sang Felix Navidad songs in Spanish. Many also played musical instruments. It was like a night in Mexico celebrating Feliz Navidad.
