Reneé gave a fabulous deep back massage! Hot stones, volcanic mud, and arnica used throughout the 80min treatment. Totally decadent and relaxing. Spa, sauna, steam room all clothing optional and fabulous. Can't wait to come back for another relaxing spa day!

I have never been more frustrated by a bad business. I booked a massage treatment way in advance. Got a confirmation call 2 days before. Was told I’d be charged if I needed to cancel, 24 hours in advance. Was very much looking forward to my treatment. Showed up with our large group, all with appointments. I checked in early, again my appointment was confirmed, was offered all the inclusions, being wine and a nice waiting area. Watched as one by one my friends were brought back for their treatments. Finally someone asked me if I was waiting for a treatment. Someone finally came to me and told me my therapist had canceled and they were full but could offer me a pedicure instead. I had to actively reach out to the manager, as she didn’t bother to come tell me herself. She told me it wasn’t their fault, and that I could come back on a different day (we live out of town). She told me she tried to call me to let me know (at 9:15 am for an 11 appointment). But my phone was in my bag to be put in the locker so yes, I didn’t have my phone on me for a cancellation on their part only 2 hours before my treatment. The manager’s only solution was me doing a pedicure instead, or coming back a different day - and to anger me even more, continued to harp on the fact that she tried to call me 2 hours before my treatment, even though I showed up, was fully checked in on an appointment, and sat stupidly waiting for a therapist that would never show up. Take responsibility. Fix the situation. If I canceled 2 hours before the treatment, I’d be charged in full. But it’s perfectly ok for this bad business to cancel with such short notice. Not even cancel…let me get ready, in a robe, waiting. Managers should try to fix things, not blame the customer. I will never come back here, and I will surely share this experience with anyone considering a treatment here.

It has been waaaay too long since I had a professional pedicure due to Covid-19. Thank goodness for South Coast Grape Seed Spa now open for nail services on the beautiful and picturesque veranda. Enjoyed the most fabulous and luxurating pedicure by Belle. Thank you so much!!! I can now show my toes again in public!

Had a spa day while staying at the South Coast Winery. Pool and spa area were under rennovations, but the workers were kind enough to keep the talking at a low volume, so spa guest can still enjoy the balcouny in peace. Although the pool/spa were being cleaned, there was an alternative hot tub off the women's locker room that we enjoyed, with complementary champagne/wine. They had a wet and dry suana, all three massage technicians were wonderful. We all had a wonderful day and will be back.

We included a day at the spa for our anniversary celebration. It was really awesome. We relaxed before our massages which were ended with our having a complimentary glass of wine. Sitting on the outside deck was a nice way to let all our worries disappear.After lunch by the pool we enjoyed time in the sauna and steam room and once again relaxed on the deck before finishing our day by the pool.
