I celebrated my child's birthday here recently and it was AMAZING. The parents could rest, socialize, eat, drink, AND keep an eye on their kids at the same time. The magic of this place is 1) that the environment spurs imagination in real-world settings like a veterinarian clinic, restaurant, and grocery store (unlike indoor play gyms), 2) that you can always see your little ones from nearly any point in the room (ah... the ease of mind that it brings), 3) that someone else is in charge of providing food and keeping things moving along schedule. Rowena, the owner, personally oversaw everything and managed our party announcements with an elegance that elevated the entire affair into something that felt decidedly posh. The decor at the event was tasteful. I just brought a handful of balloons and Kids Play Gallery provided the rest according to the theme that I'd chosen including a huge tv screen with my kid's name on it and an image related to the theme. All in all, this place was perfect. I actually relaxed during a kids' party that I was throwing (I've never been able to say that before) and the kids had a blast! Our guests were awed by this place. I think they'll be back... :)

My 3 year old loved this place and played hard for over 2 hours and would’ve stayed longer if she could have! I had a nice surprise when I took her on a Tuesday which was apparently a discount day so it cost $10 instead of $15 which is a little steep to me considering it’s just a pretend play place with a tiny slide and a few ride toys (not a climbing structure or indoor physical play place and WAY more expensive than large play-museums we’ve gone to, hence the reason for 4 stars). It’s set up as a little town with a bright and beautifully-designed gas station, diner, firehouse, beauty parlor, vet, ice cream truck and more all with associated toys inside the ‘room’ and some have dress up items. There are three ride cars to scoot around on the circular ‘road’ which are popular so your child will likely have to wait turns and you may need to help break up some squabbles, haha. A few grocery cars for the market and a small rocking horse. *Socks required for all (some for purchase if you forget). I had brought a packed lunch which we were invited to eat in the empty party room at the back but I wasn’t expecting that because I believe their website said no outside food, that you’d need to leave to eat and come back so that was great. They sell a few junk-food type snacks (chips, Smartfood, bars, cookies) and coffee for purchase. Also some toys on display to buy including Melissa and Doug. Wooden benches for parents/caregivers to sit and watch, not comfortable but you’ll probably be moving around a lot with your child. I’d definitely recommend this place for 12 months walker up to age 5, maybe even age 7 who like pretend play. Although $15 is a bit much it would be worth it to me, for an occasional visit. I’d go more often if the price was under $10 or if they had a punch card frequent customer too.
