Horrible experience, denied my reservation, Booked a room for my Son as he arrived in San Jose Airport from boot camp, the plan was for him to shower an unwind from his trip until I could get to San Jose, 6 hours away. Well thev denied his check in as he is 19 years old about to be 20. due to their strict policy needing to be 21. Staff was not helpful as they did not care that he had nowhere to go and was left stranded and refuse to refund money. How absurd it is to be able to sign up to serve our country at 18 years old but cannot check in to a room at 19 Unbelievable. do better

Small hotel, very quiet. Very clean, great bed and bedding, nice toiletries. Extremely comfortable. Breakfast usual hotel fare, but plentiful. . Good coffee. Easy to find from the I-101. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk and breakfast room.

This was very much a last minute thing. Booked it, got there 2 hours later at midnight. The staff were are super friendly, and the hotel was very clean. An... Interesting layout, to be sure, and you're kinda building hopping from lobby to rooms, but that's ok. The room was an excellent Best Western room. Had everything needed, the bed and pillows were good. No complaints about the room. The free breakfast was great. A good variety of items, plenty of room to sit. Definitely one to consider for a speed run through SJ.

We stay at this location every time we visit our son at Santa Clara University. It is clean, affordable, and within walking distance. But what really sets it apart is the breakfast! I love breakfasts with a variety of proteins. Here we have Greek yogurt, chia seeds, granola, along with non-soggy eggs, potatoes and bacon or sausage, along with cheese, salsa, guacamole. Really exceptional. They also have a more than decent cappuccino maker!

Very relaxing place, small, chill, clean, very cool spot, and its quiet. Love to stay here when I'm in town. You get a good rest as well as a little meal in the morning.
