Putting things safely in a box shouldn't be so difficult. I'm glad these guys aren't funeral directors. You'd have coffins breaking daily.

Seriously...someone put a plastic bag around the damaged bottle so it wouldn't leak. But it WAS ALREADY LEAKING.

The retail price for this sake is over $100. But the customer can't sell it, because of the leakage. So, our company takes the hit. Again.

I left all information to be buzzed into my complex, but they can't seem to operate an intercom or read their delivery notes!!
