It all began on January 27, 1958. With $50 in the cash register, Del and Helen Johnson opened "Sizzler Family Steak House" in in Culver City, California. This was the place where everyone could enjoy a great steak dinner at an affordable price. Today, we strive to serve the best hand-cut steaks at the most affordable price for the whole family with the addition of a broad, all-American menu and an abundance of fresh and healthy options.
