Horrific customer service. Installation was supposed to take 1 day; ended up being a "3 week" job. Installers delivered carpet with 3 soil spots; carpet not attached to wall in one spot; and workers did not clean up afterwards, leaving carpet debris everywhere including in driveway. (Lied saying they did not have a vacuum cleaner). Insulted our intelligence by wanting to "clean" spots on "new" carpet. Had to make numerous calls to get installers back out. Once told installers were "up in the mountains." Company sent out 3-piece replacement carpet to replace 2-piece original, further delaying job to 3rd week. Meanwhile, furniture strewn all over house. One star is for Shaw Carpet, Floors Plus not recommended.
