tripadvisorWe experienced this theater group through the Haunted History Trolley Tours. Our narrator Greg S was AMAZING, his audience interaction, story telling and voice made our night. I would highly recommend taking a tour with Greg!
MoreWe went on the Haunted Trolly Ride. Very interesting learning about the Stillwater history, plus being scared by the actors. Fun ride and great acting by the actors
MoreIt is open seating. Chairs are crammed together. If you don't like sitting elbow to elbow with strangers, it's not the place for you. They have an open bar before and during the show. You can take your drinks into the show; however, be prepared to hold your open glass the whole time. It is so crowded, you dare not put it on the floor. The show itself could be staged on either end of the building. You don't know until you get there. Bathrooms are small. There was a line for both the men and women's during intermission. We saw the quartet. They were very good and funny.
MoreLast evening I attended my third annual Shakespeare in the Park produced by the Zephyr Theater in Stillwater. The flawless acting is rivaled only by the setting and, of course, Shakespeare's fabulous comedy. Every event I have attended at the Zephyr Theater is well-done, fine entertainment. Stillwater is fortunate to support a cultural and artistic arena in the Zephyr Theater.
MoreThe new Zephyr Theatre was founded in 2016 to bring exceptional performing art and musical talent to the St. Croix Valley. Since then, it has done an excellent job, and is still growing its outstanding offerings to the community. Located in the old Zephyr Train Depot, we have attended wonderful plays and musical performances over the past few months, including It's a Wonderful Life, Underneath the Lintel, Beacon Hill Jazz Ensemble concerts, and most recently, Agatha Christie's Witness for the Prosecution set in the Historic Courthouse in Stillwater. All of the performances have exceeded our expectations, and the value of the productions are the beyond comparison within the Twin Cities area.If you haven't gone there yet, be sure to check them out. It is a wonderful venue, and another reason Stillwater is a destination city for locals and tourists alike!
