Millington Strings’ ensembles have provided professional music services in the greater Sacramento area for years. The group’s repertoire ranges from classical literature to jazz, Latin, traditional and pop, played for all manner of events, including weddings, receptions, banquets, parties, memorials and private concerts. We play as a string duo through string quintet, and can bring in other instrumentalists or singers as desired. Steve Millington, cello, is the group’s founder, and is primarily responsible for the group’s extensive repertoire of unique arrangements. Anne Millington, bass, also manages much of the business of the group, including web presence and music publishing.
