Super close to airport. Room spit-spot clean! Quiet. Peaceful. Miss Kadian was a friendly young lady, and helpful front desk worker, and she has excellent listening skills! Very professional! She made me happy that my family booked with Best Western Greenville Airport. :)

Don’t stay- this is a “1” at most. This was a terrible hotel. It was advertised as renovated which is not at all true. It is in a dark, poorly lit area. Unknown to me at booking, the rooms all have courtyard entrances with a few rooms clearly under construction. The stay started with a wait for entrance from someone who came from the back who gave us instructions to our room with a “go through that door”. Imagine my surprise to find a letter of “policies” for “residents” at the hotel. It was seedy; not exceptionally clean; and gave the air of being unsafe. If it had not been past 11pm; I would have not stayed. This feeling was compounded when we packed immediately but stopped in for “breakfast” which had signs posted about “not taking food with you” which from the general atmosphere from the front desk staff seemed warranted.

We have stayed here several times decades ago so we decided on this property for an overnight layover. Check in was very pleasant. That’s abt the only redeeming factor for this dump. Dirty sheets were outside ours and another’s rooms. Table chairs were stained, dead bug on the curtain, cracked basin awaited us inside the room. For breakfast there was no coffee/juice/water because it was “broke”. Whatever that meant we didn’t know and yes, the dirty sheets were still outside aforementioned rooms when we checked out. Stay elsewhere! I will rethink any Best Western loyalty.

DO NOT STAY HERE!My family and I traveled from Seattle to South Carolina early in the morning with very little sleep. When we arrived at the motel, the refrigerator in the room began making a loud, broken noise. Pam, the manager, tried to claim it was just the normal sound of a fridge motor — but it absolutely was not. The fridge was clearly broken, and the staff was in denial about it.The next morning, we had an important event and needed to shower — but the shower valve was broken. The entire room was dirty, and the smell of tobacco was overwhelming. It honestly felt like that room hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The outside of the property looked terrible. There was caution tape on the handrails, and the stairs and walkways were filthy. This was nothing like my previous experiences with Best Western. Honestly, the only thing this place was missing was prostitutes — and then it’d be the perfect crack motel.
