yelpI haven't yet purchased my item, but I wanted to comment on the excellent customer service by Mike Kelly. I called yesterday 15 minutes before closing looking for 4x4x16 posts and live 30 minutes...
MorePicked up lumber, happy with quality, plan on coming back. Easy to order and fast service.
MoreI have gone there 2 times. Both times they were very nice, professional and had what I need. They were able to cut the lumber for me in a timely manner. I felt their service was great!
MoreHorrible service hold on phone for 30 minutes wrong orders delivered. Kids working here have no idea what they are doing. NO management or supervision what so ever. DO not buy from here!!
MoreWant to love this place but every time i try it's bad. understaffed, slow wait times ALWAYS, miscommunication among employees and with customers. it's a shame cause there is really no other place...
