My husband works out of town stayed his work week there horrible prices for a bad part if town & not to mention bed bugs. When he went & spoke to the manager with the bed bug in a cup in his hand the manager argued saying he was lying & refused to give him his money back. Told him if you don't like it don't come back!! What a way to treat someone that breaks their back working over there all week & spends their hard earned money for a place to sleep.

We pulled into the parking lot just as a drug buy was taking place. There were 4 of us and two rooms. We went directly to the office and wanted to cancel reservations. The said because we hadn't book direct with them we couldn't. We had to go through Hotels.com We did and unfortunately they will not reimburse me because the Deluxe Inn will not confirm that there was any activity in the parking lot. They would only say we didn't want to stay. Bad, Bad Place...Do not book here.

I've stayed here many times over the years. Recently the proprieter raised the rates A LOT, nearly doubling some rates. This property simply isn't worth what he's charging. The rates are not in line with other motels in that area. There are many other hotels along I-5 that a nicer and cheaper. Stay here at your own risk. You'll feel terrible after a noisey night when you learn that others paid less for better rooms elsewhere. It has several people who rent by the week, some of which start drinking pretty early in the day! Deluxe is a lie. Nothing but the price is Deluxe.

We stayed at this Inn for an evening and were surprised to discover so many maintenance issues. It's old, the heater didn't work, the coke machine took our money, the bathroom was working but a mess. Old tub, bad caulking, disgusting door, counters lacking finish. The family who owned it was nice and informative but I think they can't afford to maintain it properly. I paid more for this than the Motel 6 down the road...

Cute appearance outside, clean bathroom, although old. Clean large king sized bed, friendly staff (except the cleaning guy who had some few choiced words outside our door when he was cleaning). Located near Starbucks and other necessary places =) right on the road, so got noisy in the AM, not the greatest parts of town, but for a one night stop, it was clean, price was right, and they take dogs ($10/pet) -- AC was pretty loud, but kept us cool. Older typical hotel rooms, but bed was clean, slept good and had a nice QUICK stay. Wouldn't do more than a night - just a good last minute choice.
